The entire Hotel Maritan is “non-smoking”. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas. However, it is allowed to smoke outside the building under the porch where there are sofas and ashtrays, and outside, on the private balconies of the rooms with balconies.

The hotel has access ramps and four disabled rooms located on the ground floor, equipped with raised services, grab bars, and floor-level showers. It is advisable to request this type of room at least one week in advance as they cannot be guaranteed last minute.
