Are there options available in case of allergies or intolerances?
You can directly request in the breakfast room the complete and updated list of allergens present in the buffet dishes.
Is it possible to warm bottles or baby food?
It is always possible to ask at the reception to heat baby bottles or baby food; the concierge staff will take care of it directly, using the microwave in the breakfast area.
Do you have a private SPA for couples?
There is no SPA for exclusive use, but it is possible to try to book the SPA Afrodite at a time when there are few reservations. It is not excluded that you may also find yourself alone in the wellness area, but this is not guaranteed.
What does the SPA offer?
The SPA Afrodite offers: infrared sauna, Turkish bath, Himalayan pink salt room, emotional shower path, cervical waterfall shower, chaise longue in the relaxation room, heated hot tub.
Does the SPA have specific hours? Is a reservation required?
The SPA opens from the afternoon at 1:00 PM to the evening at 10:00 PM, every day. Reservations are always required for entry to our wellness area. Access to the SPA area is allowed from the age of 12 and up. It will be necessary to communicate the requested time slot for a two-hour session.
